Format:
Each week you will be given a lesson in video and written format for you to engage in the live group chat.
We will also meet 4 times in the 6 weeks:
Week 1, 2 4, and 6 for 45mins to 1 hour for a high touch discussion and to build community connection. All course work will be shared in a secured drive for on-demand access.
The course will include 1 group zoom breathwork session and 1 group zoom meditation session.
You will be mailed all of your supplements.
