This day retreat combines the best of Sound Meditation Protocol (described at length below) and other scientifically proven modalities- meditation, breathwork, visualization, vocalization, sound healing and more. This protocol and style of journey work has been developed by Mandy’s teachers for over 20 years and Mandy herself has shared it to over 600 people.

Schedule & What’s Included
The journey begins the day you decide to do it and continues long after. We provide a lot of support to get you ready before and to integrate afterwards.
Pre Journey: Reflective and educative prep work (journaling exercises, podcasts and more) and one 1 hour group prep call on zoom. Additional calls can be booked with Mandy 1 on 1 for a fee
