Throughout history, fire has represented alchemy: the process of transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary—not by adding more, but by revealing its truest nature.

Many of us women have spent years doing so much for others. Building successful careers. Caring for families. Holding space for others. Achieving, adapting, and persevering.

We must have rituals and processes that are just for us. Retreats like this that help us come home to our center.
